How to install and remove the iotty Glass Faceplate:

Troubleshooting:

Issue: Faceplate won't stay on

Potential Causes:

• Backplate is broken

• Faceplate tabs are broken

• Backplate over tightened on the wall.

Solution:

1) If your Faceplate or Backplate appear broken as shown in the first images (left) please contact support by email at [email protected] with a picture of your device in question, and your order # or email used at purchase for support. 

2) If your Faceplate and Backplate do not appear broken try gently loosening the back plate screws and reinstalling.
