How to share access of your registered iotty Smart Switches to another userUpdated a year ago
You can share access and control of your registered iotty Smart Switches with another iotty app account user. This enables them to view and control your iotty Smart Switches from their iotty app account.
*Please note that automations that are not ‘smartphone-dependent’ (Wi-Fi, Siri and Geo-location) cannot be created, modified or deleted by users who are not the owner of the device.
1) Open the iotty app
2) Select "Home" (or other name) and tap on the pen (edit)
3) Scroll down to "Shares" and tap on "Add New" (you can chose whether to share all devices or only specific devices)
4) After this selection is made, scroll down and select “send invite”. You can send the invite by email to the other user you would like to share your iotty devices with.
