The Gen2 iotty Smart Switch will carry a UL (#E527071) and TUV certification.

The Gen1 iotty Smart Switch is covered by TUV which is the equivalent to the UL certification. You can read about this here:

Both cTUVus and UL are worldwide licensed testing laboratories to ensure products meet strict manufacturing requirements. While UL is the most common in the United States, cTUVus is very common around the rest of the world and is also recognized and accepted in the United States. Any certified electrician can install devices bearing the cTUVus certification.
