What is iotty's Mail Tampering and Fraud Policy?Updated a year ago
At iotty we take every step possible to ensure our products and our customer’s experience is nothing short of exceptional. We inspect every order, product, and detail to put you, the customer, at ease. Our stance is no different when it comes to Mail Tampering or Fraud. We comply fully with any investigation or proceedings into any instance of suspected Mail Tampering or Fraud. Mail Fraud or Tampering is a federal crime and it impacts you, the consumer. Mail fraud is a federal offense with a penalty of up to 20 years incarceration and a fine up to $250,000. Mail Tampering or Theft is a federal offense with a penalty of up to 5 years incarceration and a fine of $250,000 per offense.
We ship all iotty products via USPS, UPS, or DHL (International) with tracking on every single order. You will receive tracking information for your order to the email you provide. Upon clicking the link in the email you receive from iotty you will see your orders progress and a time window of when to expect the delivery. If the projected time or day does not fit your schedule you can reschedule the delivery to better fit your schedule.
Please be aware, any order of 8 or more units will require a signature upon delivery with the recipients name to ensure accuracy of the delivery. If there is no one available upon delivery to the shipping address provided, the item will be held by the carrier and delivery will be attempted each of the next two business days. You will receive an email from the carrier if this occurs.
Any first time orders of 8 or more units will generate a confirmation email from us to confirm your order with a projected shipment date following 4-5 business days, if you respond and confirm the order sooner we will fulfill the shipment as soon as possible.
We take these steps to help protect our customers and ensure your order is handled and delivered to 100% accuracy.
