What is iotty's Shipping Policy?Updated a year ago

Shipping Policy:


         We ship all iotty products via USPS, UPS, or DHL (International orders) with tracking on every order. Orders normally ship in 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase, conditions permitting. Once the order ships you will receive tracking information for your order to the email you provide. Upon clicking the link in the email you receive from iotty you will see your orders progress and a time window of when to expect the delivery. If the projected time or day does not fit your schedule you can reschedule the delivery by contacting the carrier directly.

         Please note that for pre-paid shipping methods (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, and International [DHL]), provide estimated handling/transit times by the carrier once received. This time is an estimate, not a guarantee, and does not include time needed to prepare and fulfill your order (as shown above). For example, an order that is placed with a pre-paid expedited shipping method such as UPS Ground, may show a handling/transit time of 2 business days. This order would be expected to arrive in 4 to 5 business days from date of purchase or 2 business days from date of shipment. In the event you need to receive your order earlier than this time estimate please reach out to customer support at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will be happy to help expedite your order or offer faster pre-paid shipping methods if available.

         Please be aware orders totaling above $600.00 will require a signature upon delivery with the recipients name to ensure accuracy of the delivery. If there is no one available upon delivery to the shipping address provided, the item will be held by the carrier and delivery will be attempted each of the next two business days until 3 attempts are made to deliver the package. You will receive an email from the carrier if this occurs. You can opt to have the package held at a local UPS Access Point / USPS location for pick up during business hours.

         We take these steps to help protect our customers and ensure your order is handled and delivered to 100% accuracy.
