Registration Issues - Cannot connect to my 2.4 GHz or Mesh Wi-Fi NetworkUpdated a year ago

If you are still having trouble with registering your iotty devices to your home's Wi-Fi network after following the Registration Instructions Guide here please try creating a Guest Network with your internet provider for your router (2.4 GHz).

Note: This can typically be done on your Wi-Fi settings or online account on the providers online store, if you are unsure of how to create a guest network for your router please contact your internet service provider or the brand of your router/modem for your home.

We have found users have had success registering and connecting to a Guest network when they encounter registration issues with all or a few devices. The normal cause of being unable to register beyond a select # of devices at once is a limit capacity of your router/modem. Instances of the limit capacity of the router/modem written on the manual or device itself may not accurately reflect the real capacity limit of concurrently connected devices at any one time.
