If you are still having trouble with registering your iotty devices to your home&apos;s Wi-Fi network after following the<a href="https://iotty.gorgias.help/en-US/registering-your-iotty-smart-switch-342858" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> Registration Instructions Guide here</a> please try creating a Guest Network with your internet provider for your router&#xA0;(2.4 GHz).&#xA0;Note: This can typically be done on your Wi-Fi settings or online account on the providers online store, if you are unsure of how to create a guest network for your router please contact your internet service provider or the brand of your router/modem for your home.&#xA0;We have found users have had success registering and connecting to a Guest network when they encounter registration issues with all or a few devices. The normal cause of being unable to register beyond a select # of devices at once is a limit capacity of your router/modem. Registration Issues - Cannot connect to my 2.4 GHz or Mesh Wi-Fi Network

Device is not responding - How to physically reset the device to automatically reconnect

<h2 id="troubleshooting">Troubleshooting:</h2><h4 id="issue-manual-touch-not-working--switch-has-been-registered-but-one-or-none-of-the-switches-do-not-appear-on-the-iotty-app">Issue: Manual Touch not working / Switch has been registered but one or none of the switches do not appear on the iotty app</h4>Potential Causes:<ul><li>You are not in your Home (Name) where you have registered devices of your iotty app account&#xA0;</li><li>Switch experiencing a temporary touch sensitivity issue (caused by faceplate being removed with power On at the breaker)</li></ul><h4 id="solution-1-navigate-to-the-correct-home-of-your-iotty-app-account">Solution 1: Navigate to the correct home of your iotty app account</h4>1) Open the iotty app. select the &apos; v &apos; arrow at the top of the page<pre><img alt="Screen_Shot_2022-11-16_at_3.33.42_PM.png" height="694" src="https://hsfiles.gorgias.help/gm/help-centers/23871/attachments/487a84fd-3973-43fe-8df4-3bd2713d8f5d.png" width="318" class="fr-fic fr-dii"></pre>&#xA0;2) This will drop a list of all of the homes of your iotty app account, this will include any homes or devices shared with your by other iotty app account users. One of my switches is not responsive and I cannot see in on the Rooms page on the iotty App.

<h2 id="troubleshooting">Troubleshooting:</h2><h4 id="issuemanual-touch-not-working--sensitivity-issue">Issue:&#xA0;Manual Touch not working / Sensitivity Issue.</h4>Potential Causes:<ul><li>&#xA0;Light bulb(s) burned out.</li><li>&#xA0;Breaker is OFF or tripped.</li><li>Glass Faceplate removed with power on (causing a temporary sensitivity issue)</li></ul><h4 id="solution-1-switch-is-registered">Solution 1: Switch is registered</h4>Please install the glass Faceplate and then from the app navigate to the Plate settings and restart the Plate.&#xA0;You can accomplish this by following these steps:&#xA0;1) Open the iotty app and on the Devices Page select &apos;Plates&apos;<pre><img alt="Screen_Shot_2022-11-16_at_2.14.34_PM.png" height="690" src="https://hsfiles.gorgias.help/gm/help-centers/23871/attachments/6ddf0117-7562-4d52-90c3-430767efda7c.png" width="318" class="fr-fic fr-dii"></pre>&#xA0;2) This brings you to the Plates list of your iotty Smart Switches. A Plate is the Controller which contains all of the gangs of a Switch per location. (One Plate can contain 1, 2, 3, or 4 Switches depending on the model). Select the Plate you would like to restart to resolve the Touch Sensitivity of by selecting the &apos; &gt; &apos; arrow<pre><img alt="Screen_Shot_2022-11-16_at_2.14.50_PM.png" height="693" src="https://hsfiles.gorgias.help/gm/help-centers/23871/attachments/5c2c4102-0f80-4c39-9c29-4b5a1e6b8a42.png" width="318" class="fr-fic fr-dii"></pre>&#xA0;3) This will bring you to the Plate settings, at the top right select the White circle with 3 vertical dots. This will provide a drop down option of Updating the Firmware, Restart Plate, Turn off plate Wi-Fi, or Restore Factory settings.
